There is a great recipe for apple glazed pork chops on this site. I don't remember if they are baked or fried but they sure were good when I had them.

someone said use cream of mushroom soup, in addition to that recipe put some stuffing in the middle between the pork chops and bake. they come out moist and the stuffing has better flavor with the soup added.

Pound them out so they're pretty flat, coat them in Shake 'n Bake, and bake them until they're done. That's how we do it!

Actually, you can use any coating you like. I've never heard of frying pork chops..is that how you're supposed to make them?

punch it with a hammer to tender it and marinate it for an hour or so, and put spices that you like, such as peper, rosemary, then just put it on the rake and put a pan underneath it then your oven don't get dirty. cook on oven 230'c for about one and half hour for well done baked pork. good luck with it. tasty.
