So, we have direct TV, right? one upstairs and one downstairs. When i try to look at the titles and what's coming up, ya know? The one downstairs doesn't show any titles, except for news or something. but the one upstairs shows them. I think the problem started a little bit after we called the direct TV help people, because a channel we orderded wasn't showing up. but, it wasn't directly after that. So, i'm not sure if that's what caused it or anything. Can anyone help me fix this?

Do you mean in the program guide there's no titles? If so, then the receiver is not downloading the program guide for some reason. Try turning off the reciever and unplugging it for 5 minutes. When you turn it back on the receiver should start downloading everything. When you see a picture come in check the program guide. If there's still nothing there then somethings wrong with receiver or the card inside.

Check to make sure you don't have any loose wires or cables. I had the same problem, my connector had started to become detached from the cable that screws into the wall.
