I have had questions about religion in the past and all people do is mock my beliefs. Let me guess, they have no friends, because it is at the height of ignorance to show utter contempt for other's beliefs, why can'y you accept that we are all different? Would you like if we were all ignorant pricks, with the same beliefs. Any decent person would respect me for my beliefs.

If you allow for a belief for everything, doesn't that make everyone ignorant of each other - that we each follow whatever whim grabs us each? Instead, we hold to our beliefs and live our faith in the truth of our belief. Some people know that there is no truth in their belief, so of course they are open to entertain the idea of any other belief. Others hold firm to the truth of their belief, so of course they are faithful to their path - not swayed by the beliefs of others.

I don't think you (or anyone) should be mocked for your beliefs. We all start somewhere. I do wholeheartedly know that a belief apart from Jesus Christ is short of what God wants for us. Does that make me ignorant? Perhaps to some, but I'm not here to judge - myself or you.
