What you are battling with is an eating disorder and it's playing mind games with you. This is something serious that you need to deal with and not deal with it alone. You need to go through some counseling and find out why you have these bad self images of yourself.
Until you face why it is that you feel this way you won't be able to deal with the eating disorder. You should do everything you can to make yourself happy. There's a reason why we go through the things that we do. Maybe you can help someone else who is going through what you are. If you ever want to talk you can email me.
You are making the choice not to go back to treatment. That is a choice you made and so you have to deal with the consequences of that choice. Do you want to live or do you want to die?

This is going to sound hokey, but I don't know anyother way to say it. You need to learn to love your body.
There are alot of things you can do to make a difference in the way you view your body. A couple of suggestions:
Get of or cover any mirrors you in your home. When you go out, try to avoid looking in mirrors or reflective surfaces.
Start meditating regularlly, not clearing the mind zen meditation, watching the mind meditation. It can help you learn what is going on in your head that has you so afraid of becoming fat.
Start exercising, taking martial arts, etc. Anything that gives you a good physical work out.
Get a massage once a week, or as often as you can afford it. Getting a regular massage has been proven to change and improve body image. If you can't afford massage, then take five minutes a day to do something that just makes your body feel good. Sit in the sun, take a hot shower, wrap yourself in a comfy blanket, and just enjoy the way it feels.
As far as eating goes, it is possible to 'trick' the mind to get around the problems it causes. I'd suggest stocking up on celery, iceberg lettuce, and a couple of other low calorie snacks. You burn more calories eating them then they have in them, so how can that make you fat? Have a small snack of something like that every hour. When your comfortable eating that, add something small, some carrots with the celery, a little bit of olive oil on the lettuce. After all, if you were burning more calories eating then the food had in it, you can have a little bit extra, and it just balances out, that won't make you fat. A bit at a time add to what you're eating, each time explaining to yourself why adding such a small amount to what you're already eating can't possibly be enough to make you fat. (after all, a couple of swallows of protien shake just makes it easily to swallow that stringy celery, and you'll burn it off in your martial arts class!)
Don't try to suddenly eat whole meals, but make it a gradual process and retrain you head to accept each little step.
I hope this helps, good luck.

I've never had an eating disorder, but my best friend and roomate has. She said she overcame it by obsessing over being healthy rather than being thin. She would eat, but not to get full, and she would learn how to make delicious meals that were healthy and not high in fats and callories. She also tries to keep active as often as possible to help burn some of the excess callories and keep her weight down. It's all about control she says. I gotta tell you, she's got the perfect body now. Not fat at all, but not a skeleton either. And she's so much happier now too. Except the problem is that when she starved herself, she caused irreparable heart damage. But it's nothing she worries about too much right now though, but it could cause problems in her future. Not trying to scare you, just trying to tell you that it can cause more damage than you think.

No one here can help you. Only YOU can help you. You don't want to go back to the inpatient treatment center? That's because that's where you belong. So....is it that you are addicted to your misery? Fear NOT being able to live without a disease that everyone can feel sorry for you for? Or is it that you just can't be honest with yourself or the counselors? It's one of the other. You can get better....IF you want to.

Well..
I was diagnosed with anorexia
last year, and at times, its still really hard for me to eat..
because i think OH MY GOD! YOU ARE TO FAT DO NOT EAT!!
but truth is, im way underweight for my height..
and i couldnt see it..
thin-thin is NOT pretty or beautiful..
and now i realize my mind was just messin with me
you just gotta understand why your doing this..
is it to be in control?
is it because people dont tell you, your skinny n beautiful..
cause im sure you are.
i did a report about this..
over 90% of cases involving women who didnt wanna eat
because they wanted to be "stick thin"
werent fat..
i highly doubt you are hun.
i confided in friends..
and they helped me eat..
and all my friends made sure i was eating..
your friends will help you..
i know you can do this..
your gonna be fine..
if anything..
eat for me..
and eat for everyone who died from not eating..
cause it was too late to turn it around..
youre gonna be okay!!

Listen, I am going through similar stuff. You need to eat. Think about those who love you. Do you want them, when you die, to feel like its their fault because they couldnt help
think of others
