Time to see a Ear, nose & throat doctor if pain does not go away.

Say,what type of a doctor did see you? did he gave you anything for pain & antibiotics. coz definitely you are in some sort of infection,a drainage you say is an abnormal thing going on into your body. If he prescribed a medication for you, you might then as well patiently and religiously take it for weeks to recover from pain & gradually decreases the drainage that you are talking about.

Probably just gas or constipation. With a 33 week old fighting for space things tend to get blocked. I'd suggest a warm water enema, probably best taken on your knees with your head down on a pillow. This is the pest position to cure both constipation and gas. You might also consider another one the night before you deliver if it's planned or right when you arrive at the hospital if it's not. Not so much for the delivery but it's better if you go before delivery rather than TRY to go after an episiotomy.

I'd see another doctor. Drainage does not cause pain.
