i really dont know if you are a tom boy but the skinny tom boy look is "in". for your hair you can cut it into layers with a dye. and for your eyes you can do smoke.

so get some leggings cuz those are in. get some long shirts to wear the leggings with. get 2 or 3 pairs of good jeans and some really cute tops to go with them or just some realli cute tops. get so boots and shoes. long earrings, hoops and headbands(try claires) get some cute purses to match some of ur outfits and just get them cuz u like them
ok for the hair get some brown highlights and curl it cuz i think that would look cute. for the eyes try to make them pop u can do smoke, blues and golds or anything u else u think looks good
