You can never determine exactly why people do the things they do. Why do some people LOVE chocolate? Why do some people HATE onions? It's a personal preference. Rather than asking why, you should just move on. You don't want to act like a psycho because that surely won't help the situation.

hello? This is a COMPLIMENT! Obviously this guy has bad taste, so if you're not the one he's interested in, consider this as a good thing! Think of it as a guy who loves women that are submissive, slutty and dumb - is he going to go for a girl with class and brains? Of course not - so in this case, look at the bright side, and go for a guy that is worthy of you!

There is usually two main reasons.
One: He fancies you but doesn't want to admit it or he thinks his mates will take the mickey out of him and he has gone out with that girl to take his mind of you and/or make him jealous
Two: He doesn't want to ruin your relationship as friends (happened to me many a time) and maybe he likes this girl for her annoyingness and weirdness :S

because he doesnt like you, he likes her. maybe he's annoying and weird too. Girl, sometimes when a dude rejects you, its better for YOU. A blessing in disguise, for real.
