Anybody can answer?
This girl i like very much is planning 2 go 2 Africa with a few of her friends 2 go and do some volunteer work and they need a guy 2 go along with them. The thing is i'm thinking of going but not only 2 volunteer;i'm hoping that it would bring us closer as friends cause this friendship didnt start on the right foot.I don't have a problem with going to Africa. Is it still a good idea?

This is a GREAT idea. But I would be more interested in going to Africa than anything else, so enjoy yourself while you're down there and just see what develops.

That's a tricky one. She might be attracted to you because of your willingness to volunteer. But then again, she might be really driven and dedicated to volunteering and want nothing to do with you while your there. If you do go, don't say anything about wanting to be with her or she might think that is the only reason you are there. And if you tell other people and it gets back to her---if she did like you, she won't any more.

Don't go if you just watn to be there for her. Don't aim yourself at her totally, if you like her then you like her. Leave it at that, and let things happen on their own. Don't go and then just try to gravitate towards her...become closer as a group and become better friedns with her...maybe she'll discover she likes you if you stop trying to get her to and just have fun.

If going because you want to volunteer, then go and show her how much you care! If you don't want to volunteer and are going to become better friends then don't go because you'll just be trying to make her think you're someone you really aren't.

If you are up for it, then go... exploring the world can change your whole perspective on life and even if it doesn't bring you closer with your friend it will make you a better person in helping others!

I think it'd be a great idea, that way you'd get to spend time with her and get to know her better. Plus you can meet a few of her friends and maybe find out if they know anything about her liking you. That sounds awesome!

I think so. It would be a good chance to pull you two closer and it would also be a good learning, life experience.
