i used some ance cream to get rid of my zits, and it was this really cheap kind (i already know i am allergic to cheap stuff, but i never tried cheap ance cream) So i used it and now i have a HUGE rash on my face! Well it aint as big as it was now it is just mainly dry skin w/ red blotches in it! But it there like anyway to get rid of it?

i can use a lot of other kind, like clearisel, noxema, clean and clear, and stuff like that eceryday! it jsut i was all out so i used this cheap kind 1 day and my face turned out like this! And i used to switch to noxema to clean and clear everyday! so it proably isnt the switch either

Try Eucerin, or some mild form of moisturizer. See a dermatologist if it doesn't improve.

It's probably not just the "cheap kind" your skin may be too sensitive for the alcohol that is used in acne creams.
