Depends on the situation. There are a lot of professional help groups accross America that are set up to help with pretty much any situation and operate anonymously. Talk to a doctor or lawyer, where privacy is protected....it's really hard to answer without more detail!

Trust no one but yourself and God. If you talk to him he will lead you in the right direction. That is always good. Don't worry because then you don't have any room for miracles. Put it in God's hands and he will help you out a lot. I know.

If you're unsure about the trust factor with an individual, then you shouldn't give that person the privelege. People you CAN trust, you'll just know. But then again, I thought I knew, and this ***** stabbed me in the back...

Do you trust yourself? Have you told people about anyone else's secret? If you did - chances are they will do the same thing.

God, and yourself. Anyone outside that circle is off limits. Unless you have a great relationship with your mom, then you should talk to her about it.
