Billing address is where the credit card compay sends your bill each month.

Because some credit card address's are different. Such as a college student who's parent pay the credit card bill. This bill would go to the parents but the physical address is at the home of the student.

Billing address is the location that the bill in question is sent. Credit card address is the address of record that the Credit card have for the card holder.
