Try Proactive Solution if you are not sensitive to Benzoyl peroxide. Don't wash your face frequently because that makes it worse! I've been using Proactive Solution and I love it. You can get the three piece kit; cleanser, toner and lotion. There is also a refining mask that I use 1-2 times a week. It's a little expensive but worth it. The crap at the stores don't work and there is a knock off of Proactive that you can get at Walmart or Target it actually made things worse(at least for me). I get the 3 piece set through the mail but I also can get it at the mall at one of those booths. If you are interested in Proactive the number is 1-800-333-0153 or the web site is www.proactivesolution.com good luck.

whatever you do .......... DON'T SQUEEZE THEM! You're pimples will spread and you could be left with broken veins in your face as well as pockmarks.
Toothpaste? That's a new one. Tea Tree Oil is great for pimples it dries them out and it's a natural product so it won't make your skin any worse if it is already sensitive.
It's also a good idea to clean your skin regularly, avoid touching face and don't let your hang about your face. If you do have long hair, give it a wash every couple of days too.
Some people are just prone to pimples but for many it's a reaction to the food they consume. Unfortunately, things like coke, chocolate, crisps, fried foods and stuff with lots of additives, flavouring and colouring are all terrible for your skin. The good news is that if you eat right, you're skill will clean itself up naturally........so drink plenty of water to flush out the bad stuff from your system and eats lots of good stuff salads, vegetables and fruit.
If none of that works......see a dermatologist. If you can't don't worry about it.......they always go away eventually.
GOOD LUCK!

the Body Shop carriers a line of face products and the one that will do the trick is The Tea Tree Oil. Wash your face with the wash, use the toner to get rid of any other impurities that you missed and/or rose above the skin when washing. Then they have the blemish stick that you can apply to the ones that are slightly larger than the others. My husband had bad skin and it worked for him. They also have masks that you may want to try. It is good to do a mask at leat once a week so that all the dirt and oil can rise. GOOD LUCK!

You can't really get rid of them. All I know, is wash your hair at least once a day, wash your face once or twice a day, and do not touch your face. your hands are dirtier then you realize. also, if you have a what you can tell is going to soon be a zit, put toothpaste on it. It will dry it out. Avoid really greasy food, and try to relax. Stress cause's pimples too.

How OLD are you? I have not had a 'problem' with pimples since I stopped using any 'soap' on my face ... but I do wash with 'hot water' and a good 'washrag' and scrub thoroughly, and when I wear makeup (not very often these days) I make sure that I have a good neutral pH 'facial cleanser' and I wipe that on and off very carefully before I do my 'scrubbing' ... and I'm 56 years old, with very few 'age lines' so I 'look like I'm forty' now, even after having two heart attacks.

Drink plenty of water! This is an absolute must! Also, make sure you get enough sleep each night. Don't touch your face unless you're washing it and make sure when you do wash it to use a gentle cleanser. Don't freak out, the pimples will disappear if you take care of your skin.

Put toothpaste on them before bed. Leave it on for 6-8 hours. It gets rid of the puss, some of the rednessm and infamation. It dries them out. Sounds crazy but it works

Use egg whites..Place the egg whites on your face and leave on for about 10-15 min until it dries--The reason it works is because of beta -carotene-which is in a lot of Dermatological medication..It's cheap and effective.---BTW not to down anyone at all but I tried proactive years ago and it made me break out baa-ad..But it may be different for everyone..

try proactive, it really works when used correctly. Or the toothpaste thing works as well. if you have one or two really stubborn pimples, but regular toothpaste on it and leave it on there all night. in the am it will be gone!!
