Leave it to a mutant to ask that question.You talking about the Hebrew Prophets or the Prophets on DS9? The Hebrew Prophets were ordinary Jewish men, the ones from DS9 were indeed wormhole aliens.

Any one can be a prophet... you just have to make a lot of predictions with some basis of reality. Years after you die, some of them will eventually come true and people will consider you to have had some magical insight.

the prophets were men...who saw UFOs who they believed to be angels that were bringing the message of God to man...no one but Moses actually saw God...according to the Bible..if you believe in it that is...
