Well if you and him are best friends u should let him carry on with this girlfriend that he is seeing at the moment, and then if they two break up u should tell him how you feel about him. if you tell him right now you will mess him up emortionally. (split him in two) kinda thing. Do the honorable thing and give the space and then make your move. Being atracked to you best friend could be a situation where emotions are dueling at each other affection, atrackting, lust, or love. giving them some space will buy u time for u to define what u really feel for this guy. If you are already certain about ur feelings and you believe that he feels the same for you then just gather urself, get ready for for battle and tell him that when he is ready u are waiting for him. good luck, and do what u FEEL IS RIGHT, FOR YOU.

You really need to take a step back and think about this. If that friendship does become more than that...it will never be the same again if it does not work out. Also, let him and the g/f break up on there own terms before you let him know how you feel if thats what you are still planning to do. If your crush is that strong than you wont be able to hide it very well. He will notice a difference in you and your friendship. Make sure you really think this one out though.

If he has a gf at the moment then its better if you dont do anything, I mean hes your best friend, you wouldn't want him to get hurt by fighting with his gf or something like that. The only thing is for you to wait until he breaks up with his gf....or of course you can just go a head and tell him "I like you" but that can cause sooo many problems....

Ride it out... and talk to a knowledgable friend about it. Just enjoy spending time with him, and let the girlfriend be with him... chances are, they won't last too long anyway, and then you'll have room to step in if you'd like.
Seriously, talking to a friend subdues you and keeps you from acting like an idiot in front of him. They're like a vent. Talk to another good friend and just watch to see how he and his girlfriend does.

Just stay cool and remain his friend for now. Don't be a trouble maker for him and the girl he's with now. If its meant to happen between you and him then one day it will. I suggest you find yourself a new man to take your mind off of your best friend.

well, he does have a girl friend. You probably should let that clear up before anything goes any futher. Then tell him how you feel. He may feel the same way. You have nothing to lose.

tell him how you feel. how he takes it is up to him not you. what you do not want to do is pressure him into saying that he feels the same for you and/or to leave his girlfriend for you. that would only put strain on your friendship. you don't want to risk loosing him as a friend because of your selfishness.
