i try to call him and tell him that i'm having his kid but i just can't get a hold of him what should i do please help

Same thing happened me, i freaked at the thoughts of a child. My girlfriends family and everything lookin for me! Dont make him feel "hunted", tell him you just want to discuss the situation. Its the thought of it scaring him more than the realistic complications. I am now engaged to the mother of my child, and we are very happy

Leave ONE message. If he doesn't respond to it, you are on your own. This is a hard lesson, but it's too late now. You've already learned it the hard way.

Don't call his family or his friends. Once you choose to be an adult (have sex without protection) you have have to accept the consequences as one. You can't go tattling to his momma.

Sounds to me like you've got to decide if you're willing and able to raise a child all by yourself, or choose one of the other two options.

If you decide to raise a child, your next step is file for paternity with your local family court. You can't do this until the child is born, but do it right away. (This is free and you do not need a lawyer.) He will be served and ordered to pay support, but don't count on this. It doesn't matter if he pays or even responds. It's your child's right to know who his father is, so don't let it go. No matter what you decide, for heaven's sake, don't make this mistake again. Don't have sex without birth control (pills, patch, ring, or shot). Free or low-cost at your local clinic. Condoms break, but chemical birth control is 99% effective. It's not fair, but it is up to us gals. A guy can walk away, but as you now know, a woman doesn't have this option.

if he isn't answering your calls then he wants nothing to do with you. Send him a certified letter in the mail informing him of what is happening. Make sure you send it return receipt requested you will be able to use this is court later when you go for child support then he will not be able to say you never told him. then take care of yourself and your health so your baby will be healthy and enjoy what he will be missing out on because that bundle of joy although it may not seem it in your current situation will bring you more joy then you can imagine. good luck .

You can mail him a letter. Obviously he doesn't care, I'm not saying this to hurt your feelings but it's true or he would talk to you. You could call one of his friends and tell him too, maybe that will get the message across. Personally, I would move on with my life and forget him.

Well for a start dont tell him over the phone!! Tell him in person and dont worry if you cant get hold of him, he is probably working or having a shower or just not heard his phone. and congratulations. :)
