I always use thecaloriecounter.com to calculate the amount of calories in unpackaged foods. They usually have several options to choose sweetened, unsweetened, etc. Also, using grapefruit for example, they would give you the calories in each different type of grapefruit juice - red, white, mixed, etc. Very helpful!
