I have windows movie maker now and I want a program that can do more, so if anyone has some good programs they know of let me know. The program doesn't have to be free or cheap.

They make Avid for windows now. That's your best bet.
BUT if you want to go old school and learn A LOT more in the process of editing Adobe Premiere. If you learn Adobe; avid and final cut will be like playing with a baby toy.

Hope this helps.

Avid and Adobe Premiere are both very good programs. Both are pricey but you can get them both as student copies if you happen to be going to school for it for a lot cheaper.
