yes there is an Easter Parade in NYC. the parade takes place on Easter and yes it worth seeing. The Easter Parade is really a parade of people wearing hats that either bought and want to show off and of people wearing hats that they designed. For example, as a tribute to 9/11, this kid designed the world trade center hat. They can be small or they can be huge.
