Explain to her that you didn't break up with your gf because of her. You don't have to go into great detail, but be sincere so she doesn't think you're lying. If she still doesn't believe it then move on to someone else. There are more fish in the sea.

I think she is being childish about the situation.... It is a stupid reason not to speak to you. Arguing over petty things in the beginning of the relationship is a sign, that she is not the one for you...
