i would get a cold air intake, a cat back exhaust, and a ecm/pcm tune to get the most out of the 1.8 t motor and than a new set of tires because after the tune they will be gone. also check out vwvortex.com they have good info there.

Duck tape for racing stripes. That will give you at least 20 hp.......lol. really though go to vw vortex...they have alot of forums on there. There are so many way's and diff. options you can do to tune your car to the way you want it.
