There isn't really a natural way to completely get rid of them, in fact there isn't really a way to get rid of them completely anyway. Proactiv or not.
But drink loads of water, this flushes out your system and all those toxins that cause pimples and it will help.

But cleanse, tone and moisturise everyday, this is guaranteed to help and the products don't have to be expensive if that's what you're worried about. I used Boots own for about 1 year and I had great skin. I've now moved onto Clinique because I find it helps my dry skin but that's not the point.
And also anything containing Benzoyl Peroxide is bound to work (clinically proven). I recommend Quinoderm cream (http://www.quinoderm.com/splash_treatment.htm) which is the only product containing this chemical that you can buy over the counter - it's so cheap (about £3) and works wonders for those spots. It's one of my best beauty products.

Good luck!
Lorna

NB: All these people who are saying rubbing alcohol. Be careful with that - they use a form of alcohol (not the tia maria/brandy/wine kind) to clean beauty desks with at the end of the day! So if you have dry skin do not use it, in fact, I wouldn't recommened it on any skin. And always moisturise after cleansing: it's a myth that moisturising makes your skin oily/greasy.

Well you can't remove pimples, you can prevent them or try to heal them. Firstly, don't squeeze them. At all. No matter how tempting it seems, it doesn't work out as good as you thought it would. Now you need to wash your face morning and night and after any kind of work out or were you get sweaty. Then head on down to the supermarket and pick yourself up a scrub (St Ives exfoliant is fantastic and about $9- its also uses alot of natural products) and something like clearasil face wash or loreal pure zone. Use the scrub every second morning to scub away dead skin cells and ground in dirt and sweat, and the face wash every morning and night. Then use witch hazel to tone your skin. You get it next to the face cleaning products and its available in little pads ready to use. You wipe it over your face and it removes any last traces of dirt and make up. Then use your favourite moisturiser for your skin type. Dab pimples with tea tree oil at night with clean fingers. During the day you might want to use a pimple fighting moisturiser such as a clearasil one. Drink lots of water, fill up a 2L bottle and carry it around. And no, cordial doesn't count as water. Water flushes out your toxins. You could take a hair, body and skin supplement such as blackmores. They are herbs etc so they aren't a drug and they work from the inside. And eat some chocolate, it doesn't cause pimples it just makes you happy :)

Believe it or not, regular toothpaste will really help dry up a pimple you've already got...
But you have to make sure it's the paste form, not any kind of gel, and that it's as "simple" as possible. No special whitening kind or tartar removal, etc.

The way to stop them from happening more is to go to a beauty or department store and talk to a skin care professional. The best skin cleansers vary depending on what type of skin you have. What also matters is how many different products you're willing to use. (cleansers, toners, astringent, etc)

Use a gentle cleanser twice a day, moisturize(believe me on using lotion cus otherwise your face will peel really bad). If you already do that than try clean and clear oil free dual action moisturizer. It helps keep skin hydrated and fights pimples. For just a few pimples, assuming your washing your face regularly, try clean and clear advantage acne spot treatment. All of it's a lot cheaper than proactive and no shipping costs. If your skin is oily use those oil removing cloths, i think they are by clean and clear. Good Luck

Use all natural soaps. To help reduce the pimple put a drop of tea tree oil on it every night before you go to bed. If you need a face wash in particular, I use Aubrey Organics: Natural Herbal. It is vegan and has 100% natural ingredients. Also, you can drink jasmine tea. It helps a lot! You can also go to this site, http://www.herbalremediesinfo.com/Acne.html. A healthy diet is very important to your skin as well. If you have any problems on your nose, you should use biore strips.

get luke warm water in a cup and filll it with salt, more than you think it probably needs. soak a cotton ball in it for 30 secs, thenring out the extra water, just so its damp and not dripping with water. hold it on your zit for 3 minutes, you might want a book or something becuase 3 minutes can feel like forever if youre not doing something...
after the 3 minutes is up your zit may appear to be gone but the head it just dissolved, get 2 more cotton balls and soak them and do the same and hold them on either side of your pimpls and squeeze gently till its flat. put on some honey if youre going to bed and itll be gone by morning, or if youre going out put an acne cream on it under your makeup, it will go red too so you might wanna put some visine on it.

**note** PLEASE do not use this as an excuse to pop pimples, that will cause scarring which can be uglier than a zit itself.

Hope this works for you!!

I use Clearasil, benzoyl(sp?) peroxide stuff... It really helps clear your skin up. It's a cream (can come in white or tan colors, just get one that matches your skin) and you rub it on your face after you wash it. It also really helps when you have a brand new pimple that just all of a sudden appeared, you put that stuff on before you go to bed and it's gone in the morning! I love it.

try putting tea bags. get a bag dip em in hot water, wait till it gets moist, put it on ur, pimple. and wait..... be patient. do this for 20 min, every day. and BAM!!!!!!!! they're gone. i no from experience, they work. also try washing ur faces, a lot of time. cause pimples are nothing but oil blocks. clean out all the oil. drink lots of water, and if u have dandruff, make sure ur hair doesn't come in contact with skin. tie back ur hair.
u might also wanna try Clearsil daily acne control pore cleansing pads. these work, believe me. just clean ur skin witha pad, whenever u have time.
believe me these, gotta work. never give up and BE PATIENT.
if it doesn't vanish, u might wanna see a dermatoligist, bcuz these have 2 work.

i have to admit i used proactive. its not as great as they make it out to be. I found my solution with birth control. if your male, then that may not be your best bet, lol but you could also ask your physician if there is any hormonal controlmedication on the market for males. You never know until you ask. A natural attempt would be to consume plenty of water, avoid too much chocolate and caffeine. i have migranes and my doc asked me to keep a record of what i eat and when i have headaches. (to see if there was a trigger) I wrote down my daily food & drink intake, (and just for my own knowledge, I also wrote down everytime i had an outbreak.) i started to notice that i would break out after eating or drinking certain foods. my problems were, tons of soda and chips. like the day after i ate chips, i would have an outbreak........i hope this helps you
