Kraft is an American brand so I don't think you'll find it in Tesco. I know Kraft have offices here and that they do make things here but other than Dairylea I think it all goes by a different name. I think Kraft Cheesy Pasta is one of those instant cheese pasta things that smells like sick and things like that are usually with the Pot Noodles so have a look there maybe?

I didn't know that Tesco had markets in America.
It depends on the shop, but either it is with the cheeses or you should visit a co-op or Safeways.
