I flew alone several times between the ages of 5 and 12. A stewardess with "babysit" your child. He or she will walk your daughter on and off the plane. The stewardess will keep her company if she is afraid, bring plenty of snacks and drinks, explain how to watch in flight movies with the headphones, provide blankets and pillows, and walk her to the restroom if she asks. Many children fly alone and most stewards are familar with the process. Best of luck to her and I hope she has a great trip.

Make special arrangements with the airlines!! They do have people at the airlines to look after children. Also, pack a backpack for her with items she enjoys doing!! And maybe a few extra snacks, as the trip will be long & you may want to make sure see has a few snacks that you know for sure she likes!!!

Check with the airlines about their policy on bringing the snacks, as well.

Try to comfort her!! Tell her you understand that she is afraid. However, she need not be because you are going to have special people look after her on the plane until she gets to where she is going!!!

tell her there will be people on the plane that will look after her and explain what she can expect while flying. let her shop for a few things to put in a special activity bag that you can make for her just for the trip. (cards, coloring book and crayons, book to read , video game . etc. ) Let her know that she can ask for help if need be and pack a few snacks as well. explain that they will make sure she meets her party on the other end and tell her about seeing the different things she can see from the plane like the shapes of the clouds and how close she will be to them .

The airlines have special programs for children flying alone. Look on the airlines website or call them. The child would be placed in a seat near the flight attendants and would be given special attention.

An 18 yr old can buy a dildo without her parents knowing. You are 18! Anyway, I think if you washed a cucumber before you used it it would be ok. It might be cold though. I'm not sure. Maybe run it under warm water or something?

if she is worried then don't send her. Does she have to go? There are pervert on planes that love kids who travel by themselves. A stewardess is busy and cannot be with your child at all times. It only takes a second for someone to force their way into a toilet with your daughter. I personally wouldn't risk it.

I agree with the person who said they would never allow the ten year old to fly by himself. #1 sure if you want some rapist/child molester to have EZ access to him, go right ahead.
#2 yes, 9-11. IT happened, it could happen again,
#3, you have that dead beat dad of his who I'm sure he's going to see, come pick him up. My ex has to fly to NJ from TX and fly my daughter back to NJ and thn fly back home to TX and if he wants to see my daughter then he will do this until she turns 18

period.
