i was the cause of the breakup,i'm ashamed of what i did and if i could take back what i did i would.i know he still feelin me,and i kno he's afraid of trusting me.i can't explain this feeling i just need him back!

You broke a vital part of your relationship TRUST..
Put yourself in his shoe,s how would you feel if he had done it to you would you trust him again..
I dont think you should go back with him, you should talk to him tell him your sorry that it happened and you never took his feelings in to consideration..
The fact that you did what ever it was cheat on him Im guesing says you didnt really feel as much for him as he did you..
Trust and honesty are vital if a relationship is to work along with lots of other factors if you got back together you wouldnt have that you would have to rebuild it and there would be arguements in which what you did would get brought up..
He would be suspicious of you at all times which would be a strain..
Talk with him b honest you might remain friends he doesnt deserve anymore hurt from you..
whats done is done and cant be undone yes its in the past and what you and your ex had is also in the past it can never be what it was before accept that..
Move on and learn from this dont make the same mistakes again

You just dont know how much something is worth ntill its gone. That has happened to me before, and I know how u feel , but if he has moved on, let him, there's nothing u can do, u can tell him how u feel and see what he says, and if he is gonna take u back he has to satrt from 0 and trust u.

Use the past to your advantage. Ask him to go for coffee, wear something you know he likes and explain to him how you feel. Drop in a few light memories you know he holds highly, if he still cares for you, he'll take you back in a heartbeat.

i have exactly the same problem.....except i broke up with him cuz i felt we were growing apart.....i feel terrible for ending it and yea, i guess so, i want him bac.....what i would suggest is to keep trying!!!!!.... try anything!!!! if it takes talking through ur friends toget through him, then do it.....3 choices---
1. phone
2. internet--- e-mails
3. face-to-face
I've tried e-mails.....but he never answered me...so now i'm going through friends....the friends that i trust though....i still have face-to-face, and phone....but seriously, KEEP TRYING.....i still can't except the fact that he doesn't like me anymore, unless i hear it from him---directly....and i KNOW him too well to "believe" that he "says" he doesn't like me....keep trying, keep trying, keep trying..... and of course have fun flirting with other guys....can't devote ALL ur life to him...good lux, let me know how it goes

Talk to him, let him know how you feel. Apologize for hurting him. However, he may not want to get back with you if you hurt him badly. If he doesn't then move on.

well if you didn't cheat on him you wouldn't have lost him. now if you get him back he will never trust you again, so it is not worth the problems of having him back

if you betrayed you partner or cheat on your ex you can only apologize but i do not think that relationships 'after' break up are a good idea
