How would you get caught? If you were dumb enough to leave the door unlocked and a flight attendent caught you, the odds are she would just shut the door. If she decided to get you in trouble its possible they could arrest you for something, but probably would not be major. The airlines have alot more important things to worry about then people going at it in the bathroom. Also, the odds of you getting caught are slim to none. Technically there is noting illegal about entering the bathroom the same time as someone else, granted you know them lol.

Actually I don’t think so there are fines…at least I haven’t heard of anyone who have been fined… I would think it also depends on the laws of the airline company country of registration… I think fines are just for acts which put in risk the safety of the passengers…such as smoking, carrying weapons or non permitted stuff in cabin.

Seriously ? It would probably depend upon who filed the complaint and whether or not they actually wanted to press charges.
If it was your bad luck that night that the last three rows of the aircraft were occupied by fundamentalists , you could be charged you with lewd and lascivious behavior.

Arrest possible jail time, any laws broke in an airport especially on board an aircraft can get you felony charges.

when I flew for TWA my roomie also a flight attendant had an amorous couple on board an international flight one was in business class the other in coach and they wound up in the last few rows of coach just going at it, they were just asked to stop.

Yeah,if you're gonna do it lock the door and be quite,as for getting caught you will be charged with felony

i'm not sure what the fines are. but i know they always say only one person in the lavatory.
