Sometimes it has to do with the shoes you are wearing too. But when I've run into that problem what I do is soak my feet for about 30-40 with some essential oils like rose or even lavender. Then dab my feet with a towel, so my skin is still pretty damp. Then I slather on a combination of vasiline (petrolium jelly) and a thick moisturizer, cover with a thick sock and let sit for a night. If you keep rubbing your feet with the pumise stone your hurting your skin, you really only should do it like maybe 2-3 times a week if that.

I think may be you've over-used it. Don't use it everyday because this can take away new skin not dead. Only use it every so often when your feet begin to feel hard (that's about every 4 days MINIMUM). One day's buffing will last - trust me so you don't need to be concious of your feet...
To repair them I suggest leaving off the pumice for a while, wearing comfy shoes and moisturising your feet twice a day. A deep foot moisturiser is best but you can use a normal body one and that will be almost as good.
Good luck!

Do you wear alot of sandels, thongs or go barefoot? When you do this a far bit, it causes your feet, particuly your heels to toughen up. I suggest buying a new pumice stone, as the one you have could be getting past its use by date. Use it every day in the shower until your feet are smooth, then go to every second day to maintain the smoothness. Then before you go to bed at night rub some thick moisturiser in, I suggest using Eucatol heel balm, it's fantastic, but you don't have to spend a fortune on a moisturiser. Then pop on a nice thick pair of socks and snuggle in to bed. Do this every night and your feet should be smooth as. It's not very sexy wearing footy socks to bed, but smooth feet are. Good luck :)

Great product called kerasal. It's basically petroleum jelly with some other hydrating ingredients. My heels and toes are the worst, you put this stuff on at night before bed because your skin is more susceptible to absorbing moisture than, put on some socks and sleep away. Can use it during day but make sure your not wearing sandals, use sneakers with socks. Foot soaks are great too. Good luck

Use Vaseline petroleum jelly. After your bath, rub liberally into your feet at night and cover with socks. Do this daily and you will see the results within a couple of days. Repeat as often as needed.

I highly suggest 100% shea butter, it's known for it's moisturizing properties and very very good for your skin. I use it in homemade soaps and it's awesome. smother that all over your feet and they will feel great.
but at the grocery store or drug store, they have different brands of peppermint lotion for feet that feels super great and very soothing, esp. during the winter. I'd use that right after showering for the refreshed feeling and later put that shea butter on your feet. keep using it, until they feel soft again

I would say use petroleum jelly or Vaseline on your feet at night after you shower and sleep with socks on (if possible) and when you wake up your feet will be super soft!

Try using some reliable moisturizing body lotion (maybe Jergen's for extra dry skin or Eucerin Urea 10% Lotion) after soaking and scrubbing your feet.

You are most likely de-hydrated or your feet are unmoisturized. Put on super-no crack body cream on them everyday and make sure you drink enough water! good luck!
