Whip it out?! You can't be serious. You're taking a great risk of getting seriously injured. The 'right time' might be when you're alone and making out, but I wouldn't be trying to take anyone by surprise. It may be better to wait until the chick you're with has 'whipped something out.' LOL

When I was in high school, a male friend of mine walked into the living room where I was watching TV and whipped it out and asked if I wanted to "f*ck or what?". That, my friend, was NOT the right time, lol!
