There different forms of drowning. One can be drowning in water, or drowning in ignorance. With the second one, there is a point at which one has to give up because every time you pull them out, they fall right back in.

I wouldn't.
seriously i wouldn't.
you would be like, "Help me ..... ack ...I'm .... drowning!!"
and i would take a sip of my lemonade and say "Well could you do it a little quieter please? I'm trying to enjoy a beautiful day at the beach."
you would continue to scream.
"I don't give a sh*t that you're drowning!" i would scream back. "So shut up."
of course this may inadvertanly lead to someone who cares noticing that you're drowning and them saving you. so i may unintentionally lift a finger.

It depends on the situation, if the water was really cold...no I wouldn't. If there were sharks around, no I wouldn't. If the water was warm, of course I would and if there weren't any sharks.....yes I would save you.
