I been talkin to this girl for 3 weeks, she likes me and I like her. On the third week she told me she had a boyfriend. I told her I would respect that, whatever. I haven’t talked to her in about 4 days now, but whenever I see her she still smiles at me and goes out of her way to say hi.

She says that she’s been with this guy for 2 years and it’s kinda serious. But im confused, why did she keep talking to me for 3 weeks.

Do u think I should keep pursing this chick or leave her alone?

If you really like her, pursue her. If she is in to you, she will leave her boyfriend. If not, she will just use you as an ego boost. You will find out what the case is soon enough.

If she's been with her current boyfriend for two years then it is a serious relationship. However, if you like her and want to pursue a relationship I suggest you ask her what her intentions are related to her boyfriend. If she plans to break things off with the boyfriend, then she could call you after that occurs. Otherwise, the relationship you could develop with her as this point would only be a friendship which might be okay with the two of you. If you do become friends, you'll have to include her boyfriend as well. It's just the way it works--unless you want to take the risk of being perceived as a threat by him. You don't need that drama. She has indicated interest--you just have to determine the level of interest and how she plans to handle things. Good Luck

Let her have some time to think about her relationship with the other guy. If she's been with him for two years, it may be difficult to leave him. it will be up to her to decide what is best for her and she probably needs space and time to figure out her feelings for her. Talk with her and let her know you care, but that you respect that she has a boyfriend and will wait to her back if she wants to see you. Keep you head up - many a good relationship starts out this way. Above all, be honest with her and yourself. Good luck!

Back off. If she is really interested in you she will make the first move. She is eithr stuck in a relationship she wants out of or is in a serious relationship like she told you. Don't waste your time. Start talking to other girls. It actually may make her jealous and she will want you or you might find out she wasn't worth it and you found someone much better. Never put yourself second and that is what you would be doing if you kept chasing this girl. Find a girl who puts you first.

Why would that mean that theres something special for you in her heart?
She might just like you as a friend, if she's going out of her way then you dont need to do anything.
MAybe she likes you as a brother, if she explained she has a boyfriend then that means that you being her boyfriend is out of the question.
Enjoy the friendship.

Sometimes a girl will stick with a guy just until she finds a new one. Often she can be pulled away if she finds someone better.

One thing I found that can help is to play it off like no big deal when she says she has a boyfriend, kind of like "oh that sucks... for you!"

You already know the answer, leave her alone. What kind of girl is she if she has a serious relationship, but is still talking to you?

She has a boyfriend, she's not married. Do what you want. Persistence is not a bad thing as long as she hasn't told you to leave her alone. Sounds like she's a little curious about you.

leave her alone she is leading you on. If she is still with her boyfriend and talking to you as more than a friend then she is no good. she will do the same thing to you later.

She sounds ambivalent about her relationship with the other guy, but you shouldn't get involved in that.

If you're still interested, wait until her other relationship has run its course, and she's single.

Until then, stay away.
