There are literally thousands of things you can get in the US but not in the UK. I've only ever really seen Goobers, Lucky Charms, Oreos, Betty Crocker cake mix, Hershey's and ummm... Coke (obviously) over here. There are some websites that sells US things but the best shop I've found for US stuff is actually Selfridge's Food Hall but they charge SOOO much for it. I think it's about £6 for a packet of Lucky Charms (hello, it's cereal?!) but then I would pay £20 for a jar of Fluff so I suppose that's how they get away with it. I think there's about a million implications tax-wise for importing groceries from there to here which is why it's difficut to find. I don't live in London so you may have more luck there but I think really if you are looking for US groceries in the Uk that the internet is your best bet.

Apparently grits are impossible to find in the UK. That probably means you can't get hominy either. I wouldn't imagine that the UK has any good picante like Pace to boot. So sorry!

The irradiated fruit and vegetables which are marketed in the USA and sold to neighbouring countries. They have been treated in order to look good for a long time and have lost their vitamin content, as well as much of their taste. Irradiated products are prohibited under European Community legislation.

I think the chocolate is different. I've heard that a Mars bar in the U.S. is like a Milky Way in the U.K.
Also, no Herschey bars here (please excuse me if I've spelt that incorrectly).

Grits, hog jowls, chittlins mmm... all sound delicious.
Fortunately in UK food is generally better as we prefer quality not quantity.
Most European food tastes much better than US equivalents. Sorry but its true.
