For example, if I have a 100 MB RAR file, how do I divide them into four 25 MB RAR files such that they are interconnected and that you would need to extract only one file to get the contents of all the four files?

If you go to www.winzip.com, they have an self-extraction utility you can use.

First, unzip your file and zip it into 4 pieces and then combine them using the self-extraction utility.
