definitely "Top Gun" Tom Cruise. it also depends on the shape of your head. If you have a large, very roundish head, then this haircut will make you look like the "Mad" character.(nah not really, his was longer)

I believe the best male haircut is shortish midear level, no way near a buzzcut though that would be a sin! But if you are chubby maybe go a little longer below the ear.

Depends on the shape of your head but a good rule is close and tapered on the side and back. Longer on top and slightly long still toward the front. Medium sideburns are very attractive. Obvious use of hair products looks high school.
