Roasted red potatoes..marinaded in olive oil, pepper, salt, and garlic. Place in oven on about 400. They turn out very crispy and go well with the chicken strips..i take it you are frying the strips? So therefore, no more fried. Then have a dipping sauce of some kind and a green salad with cucumbers.

Baked potato's are nice. but they are better if they are baked twice. I had twice baked potato last night for dinner.. ummmm very good.
I microwaved the potato's to save time then cut in half scooped out the middle mixed with a little butter sour cream chives dash of milk salt an pepper topped with cheese and baked until the cheese was melted.

In most restaurants, chicken strips, if they are fried, are served with french fries, Texas toast and some kind of dipping sauce (gravy, honey mustard, etc)
