Disagree.
1) Women aren't necessarily always foolish, in love or otherwise.
2) Some men are lovable with one's heart AND one's head: it's not always an irrational thing felt for an unworthy man. In short, it's not a foolish act to love a good and deserving man.
3) Some men don't only look for beauty in a wife. A man may date a very beautiful woman, but leave her because other qualities are lacking. The same man may date a less perfectly beautiful woman, but fall madly in love with her because they are perfectly compatible.
4) Plus, if God exists, I think he's capable of devising romantic compatibility on a more subtle level than in that old joke!
