Bloody silly law. It would be ok if the public loos were open at night, and if there were enough of them. Could we not have pissoirs for men like they used to have in France - a simple screen around an indestructable metal urinal.
People (perhaps 'peeple' LOL) are being cautioned for performing a natural function, but dogs, on leads with their owners, can piddle at at will.
I take pills for hypertension, and a side-effect is that I can get an overwhelming desire to pee after consuming one pint of beer. There are only 2 public loos between the town centre and my home, and they are both locked after 6 pm. The distance between the town centre and my home is 1.5 miles. What do I pay my council tax for???

It is a criminal offence to urinate in the street in the UK. If you are caught, you will be prosecuted and fined.
However, it is NOT an offence to do it in the street in Spain. This reminds of a story (true) that appeared in the papers and on tv in the United States during the Olympics in Georgia some years ago. Two Spansh athletes were arrested for urinating in the street in Georgia. They thought it was acceptable in the States and it was in their own country. How wrong they were. They did receive a caution and were let off.

by way of urinating contained in the line, you have indecently uncovered your self and that could desire to be construed as: Sexual Deviation - no rely your purpose. It relies upon on the Procurator financial no rely while you're to be prosecuted or no longer. The polis won't have processed you or had commpletely forgotten approximately it; yet don`t anticipate it. I propose which you sit down lower back and Do certainly no longer something, DON`T MAKE ENQUIRIES, it in basic terms might re-gentle memories. As you're saying, you had £40 large for BOP subsequently you have a prior conviction 2 weeks earlier to pissing contained in the line. seen as a repeat criminal. Get your eating below administration, don`t get pissed to the quantity which you would be able to no longer remember what, the place and while.

because it is a criminal offence and all criminal offences are dealt with by the magistrates court. a fine or a caution is an option as an alternative available to the police if they feel it is appropriate. but in this case it sounds as though they are sick of you taking the piss.

Hell if it isn't, it dam should be, that type of activities will lead sick child molesters to say that they were only peeing and these kid's just happened to walk by, while they were peeing. Dam that's scary and sick, use the bathroom man. I know as men we all find an easier time to do that then hold, but, will we open a floodgate for child molestors and child exhibitionist to use this as an excuse. I clearly wouldn't want that to allow these guy's to get away from their actions, everyone should just hold and use the bathroom.

Start worrying some places will hit with public exposure. If convicted you will have to register as a sex offender.
Wouldn't mom be proud now!
Down in Georgia as a sex offender you can't live or work within 1000feet of a school bus stop, church etc. Sort of puts a crimp on you life style.
