Can't beat this one!
Applebees bahama mama
http://micro.magnet.fsu.edu/cocktails/pages/bahama.html
Although there seems to some controversy over whether or not there is coffee liqueur in a Bahama Mama, we will give you the recipe for the drink as mixed at our local Applebee's:
1 ounce of dark rum,
1 ounce of light rum,
1 ounce of coconut rum,
1 ounce of Nassau Royale, filled in a highball glass with orange and pineapple juices and a splash of Grenadine. The drink is garnished with a slice of coconut and a cherry.

The original Bahama Mama® is from a little restaurant called Schmidt's in German Village in Columbus, Ohio. It is a bratwurst and has been sold nationally for years. How to make one? Grinding and tubing fresh sausage AND finding a similar recipe is such a hassle...less expensive to just buy them!
