I have never heard of it but make sure a virus is not doing it so it can spread using your computer.
Update and run your Anti-Virus program. Don't have one? You can run a free online scan from CA.

Say to your computer ghost, "Go to the light...you are no longer functional, you're dead..." Should clear the problem right up!
