Re DLA motobility allowance?

HI all, Can someone please tell me the weekly DLA high rate amounts please, I have misplaced my letter showing the breakdown and need the figures to sort somethig out.

Mobility Component
£43.45 per week is the higher rate.
£16.50 per week is the lower rate.

Care Component
£16.50 per week is the low rate.
£41.65 per week is the middle rate.
£62.25 per week is the high rate.

Â£43.45 pw but paid 4 weekly
