Take a small pan almost in the size of your head. Wear the pan hust like a hat. Wharever hairs are visible from outside cut and shave them off. Trim rest of the jairs. Look at the mirror !!!

Different branches of the military require different styles. All i can tell you about is the US Air Force:
Tapered on the sides and back, not touching the ears, no side-burns, Flat on the back (no "rat-tail"), and no more than 1" of bulk on the top.
It may also vary from this dependong on your cammander's prefference. This is pretty standard.

But some hair clippers at Walmart, Use the Number1 attachment and proceded just like they did in basic. I do it like that every 3 weeks weather I need to or not.
