I would rush the dog to the vet or animal emergency clinic/hospital. It could be bloating, blockage or other problems that is causing this. My guess is a large gas build-up. Your puppy is probably in pain too. Trust me, your dog (especially a "he") is not pregnant, but the issue is serious. Do not waste any time!

stomach flipping is deadly
bloat is when u eta 2 much
get dog to the vet immediateley
this should only happen after eating large ammounts of food and only 4 about 1-2 hrs any longer can be stomach flipping
usually occurs after eating and then rough play in deep chested dogs

If it really did it, literally, over night, you need to get your dog to the vet ASAP. I wouldn't mess around with that.

You realy should take it to a vet . depending on the puppies age he might have worms. and depending on the type of worm, It might not be good for him to keep them in that long... getting your puppy dewormed will run about $35 depending on the size of the pup...

Call poison control it sounds like he is getting bloated from something that he shouldn't of ate. Bad food wont make the dog sick but will affect it like that.

take him to the emergency vet they should take you in right away
and you won't have to wait for hours
he may have eaten something he was supposed to and may be having an allergic reaction
