It is possible for a person to have a high percentage of body fat at ANY weight. But when you are only 114lb at 5ft3 you have to understand the problem is very like not just extra fat but more lack of muscle (probably caused by your eating disorder). In this case you need to gain back the lost muscle by doing strength training, eating more protein. Losing weight is not going to fix the problem. Being 101lb is not an ideal weight for a 5ft3 person. Also you say your therapist asked 'how overweight you are', but did you not give her some kind of indication that YOU believed you were overweight? Her comment does not mean she agreed, it means she was trying to find out from you what you actually weighed to see if you were indeed exaggerating the weight gain. It's easy to misread people's intentions when you are vulnerable about a certain issue. You basically jumped to conclusions assuming her comment somehow confirmed your own negaive beliefs, i.e. that you are 'fat and ugly'. But this is what YOU think, not the therapist. The therapist wants to help you overcome your issues, so you need to be open with them and not assume they see yourself the way you do. They are not there to judge negatively or to cause more distress, they are there for you to get better. Hope this helps.

I think it really doesn't matter at all. If you are happy with the person you are with, then let that show. Basically, if you really love the person you are with it will show and people will see the connection, let that be what people comment about. Everyone has opinions, but do they all matter in the end, NO, only your opinion matters to you. Seriously, if I saw a happy couple in love, I think I would comment on that more then anything else. You can't pick who you fall in love with, we all know that.

280 lbs on a woman doesn't look good, no matter how you slice it. There is NO way a woman who weighs more than her guy, looks good with walking with him. Delude yourself no more on that one my dear, and do more walking... alone.

I would think - Wow, their mattress must be screamin' under all that weight.

But then I would think - Huh, there's really IS someone for everyone.

Does that make me mean and shallow?

Wow!
Of all things, you should not worry about how you look to others. Just how you look to each other.

Just make sure your bed is up to the punishment.

They'd look fine together and as for my thoughts if I saw them walking together, it's irrelevant besides, I keep my thoughts to myself.
