it's a build up fluid

It is a build up of fluid due to either the hearts inability to pump properly or the kidneys failure to drain properly. there are lots of other causes but it is not a good thing to have no matter what the cause.

Its fluid that can come from many different causes. It can be from impared kidney function, COPD, or CHF.
