Try the health and beauty section of your local Whole Foods or a health food store.

You can also buy it online.
(e.g. http://www.ihealthtree.com/home-health.html)

Another option is Dessert Essence jojoba oil. I buy it from Trader Joe's. (www.desertessence.com)

if u r in india their is not at all any kind of problem at too in S. India. u can get it any ware in a General store it may be 60 - 80Rs/ kg. if u get it u use it in summer because it is very cold. before applying heat it a bit (luk warm) that would be better. but it smels a bit. dont apply it daily give a break for ur hair. for hair fall problems cut down ur sexualy activities up to once a month. have lemon juice, amla & if possible have a egg a day. Olive oil will also be better for a hair fall but its very costly 250ml woulb cost u around 80-100Rs depending up on the quality.

I've never heard to use it on your head but they sell it in most grocery stores in the medicines. Or try a pharmacy.
