Going to Florida in less than 2 months and my back is horrible. It always gets better in the summer when I go out to tan but right now I'd be so embarrassed to go out there with all this acne. Help please?

Hi. I'm not sure there is a "quick" fix but I had that problem when I was in high school. My mom took me to the dermatologist and I was first given Retin-A. That did nothing for my problem so they put me on Accutane. That stuff was amazing. That was 14 years ago and I don't think I've ever had one on my back (or anywhere other than fact) since. Even my face stayed clear for years and then they slowly started coming back there, but NOTHING like the deep, huge, gross ones I used to get before the Accutane. I would recommend a dermatologist, you'll be so glad you did!!!

Acne sucks! I've been using a treatment for a year now and so far it's the only one that's worked good for me. I'm almost free from acne now! I highly recommend it.

if you are saying you have it, then rubbing alcohol works great.....if you find you sweat alot and that is what brings it on, use baby powder right after you have showered....reduces sweating. Pro-Active works well also...If you have some money, laser treatment is the best if it's really bad.
If you're asking if I or We have it, well I don't and I can't speak for the toher gabillions on here!!!

use a white cotton face cloth with rubbing alchohol to scrub your back every other day good luck and have fun

get to a gym/health resort and go on the sun beds.
plenty of sunlight on them
LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS OF FRUIT!
