He is starting to scream at night, he is not awake when he does that. I don't know what could be causing it. He has a twin sister, could it be that there not together? I don't know what to do.

Of course, your first instinct will be to comfort him, but your efforts will most likely be futile (remember, he's not really awake and he's not aware of your presence). You just have to wait it out and make sure he doesn't hurt himself. Don't speak to him or try to soothe him, and don't try to shake or startle him awake or physically restrain him — all of which could lead to more frantic behavior. In 15 to 20 minutes, your child should calm down, curl up, and fall into a deep sleep again.

He'll be okay. Maybe it's that he doesn't have his twin sister by him, probabley comfort. But, it just be because he has gas or something.. but if it keeps happening you might want to ask a doctor about it. My nephew did the same things, but we just gave him a bottle while he was asleep, and it didn't happen anymore. When you hear him doing this just rub his head and back.. a simply touch sometime's does the job.

My oldest son had a few and all I did was pray over him. Prayer is very powerful especially when you use Jesus name. A book that has helped me through all the years is "Power of a Praying Parent" by Stormie Omartian. The most loving thing a parent can do is pray for their children.

Yes because twins are telepathic. They have seperation exiety if they are not together.

Put it to the test, try putting them in the same bedroom for a week, and see what happens.
