I was wondering if there were any real good exercises that have worked for people to help them lose weight kinda fast?

Anything aerobic(swim,run,bike) that raises heart rate over 100/min for 15-20 min @ least 3x/week.

well if you have cable tlc has a yoga thng every moning starting either at 6 or 7 est time and that helps lose a lot

Get on the treadmill start running and watch what you eat and you will lose weight.

My answer to you is Jenny Craig but if you cannot afford that then buy a tae-bo video... It helped me... Or you could get a 2 mile work out video... It will get you into top shape.

You probably hate it as much as I do, but running! I started running and stopped drinking soda and pounds came off. Just do as much as you can and be consistant. You can do it =)

running and joging are short term help.. lifting weights and building muscle will burn a lot more calories overall, because muscles use more calories to work..
