The easiest way is to have never gained it, but the military recruiters have a special diet program for people who need to lose pounds fast. I believe that you could lose something like five pound in three days. In any case the first 5-7 pounds a whats called water weight, simply take less water in then normal and it will disappear, but don't die from it please. The other calorie weight needs to be worked off by either watching what you eat or working out. Talk to a military recruiter just for the diet.

Drink lots of water, and eat three meduim to small sized meals a day. Definitely eat breakfast. Make sure you drink about 8 glasses of water a day. It seems like a lot but it will give you energy and help you loose weight. To tighten the tummy do crunches, ect. Adn if you want to loose weight may i suggest you go to your vitamin store and get some vitamins and essential enzyms. Essential enzyms is like a capsul with fruit and stuff in it that you eat before every meal and it stops you from gaining water weight, which will make you less bloated and it will be easier to loose body fat. Exercise ..tons!!!
A great workout is Dancing! Just turn up the volume and dance till you drop!
Try cutting down on chocolates, Coke, 7up and stuff. Oh also No more Junk food.

there's no easy way just excersise eat healthy and moderate...or the easiest Hollywood way is eating all you can eat and then 5 min later go throw it up...
