Mythology is the ''religion''of the people who worshiped idols (demons:Aphrodita , Apolon , Poseidon are either demons , or have demons behind .I , personal sometimes think that satan perhaps used to take these images of gods creating idols .)So it results that some of the children of Noah ,disobeyed God , they went far , and lost their God and worshiped the idols of demons.
But the people of Israel had powerful and faithful men who obeyed to God , so the real God was this God of Israel , and Our Christian God from today. After the coming of the son of the real God, Jesus , the idols of satan have been destroyd because the Christian saints sacrificed and a lot of miracles have taken place. For example :The 40 crowns sent from Heaven over the icy water of an icy lake where 40 Christian have been dropped because they didn't obey to idols , and continued to worship only Jesus Christ .
This is reality , is neither mythology , nor folcklore. It is reality like CNN.Chanel.
On the other hand , folcklore is something resulting from mythology and Christianity, actualy , resulting from the reality of the existence of the devils, and the powers of devils, but exaggerated from time to time , because the devil want to destroy the truth, and ehagerating leads to destruction of the truth. But people know what is true and what is false, somewhere deep inside their hearts, because God send them powers to understand, and fight against satan , God's enemy, the fallen angel who wanted a glory like the one deserved only by God.

this might disenchanted some Y/A ppl yet, thinking outdoors the field and you comprehend my love of words, I say why no longer? Mythology might properly be somewhat useful and significant, yet a large style of ppl have a knee-jerk reaction to the observe, thinking wrongly that it ability that the fabric is unfaithful. Nope. Google it. greater powerful yet, google or study Joseph Campbell's surprising e book the potential of fable. then you definitely will see what I mean. There are messages in those previous thoughts that would prepare us for existence. Now, as for folklore. an extremely clever individual as quickly as reported that the Bible is the story of the individuals of God--particularly the collective thoughts. isn't that what the observe folklore ability once you smash it down? individuals + Lore = human beings + thoughts. thoughts that instruct. thoughts that teach how different individuals have wrestled with subject concerns of religion. Morality thoughts. thoughts of desire. thoughts of religion. thoughts of transformation. thoughts of terror. and so on. yet no longer the whole tale. nevertheless, as one in all your answerers has already written, i could positioned spirituality in a type all by ability of itself. This classification could be for the exploration of Q&As concerning the deeper artwork of the soul or the spirit in relationship with God (larger potential). non secular ideals and practices (prayer, meditation, contemplation, and so on.) that pass deeper and, in a feeling, previous the confines and edicts of prepared faith. purely foodstuff for concept...

Bigfoot, Chupacabra, Yetti, Lochness Monster, Pegasus, Cyclops. those are myths. religion is not myth. now if u wanted to discuss angels and demons, we could consider those myths. but here they discuss religion.
