i get allergeis in nose n gullet n throat due to fine dust n after a lot of speech n due to souring things

you should go to the allergist. I'm allergic to dust...sux big time. He'll give you some meds for it or put u on the shot.
Also, herbal medicines help alot too...i do both...i take the allergy meds he gives with they flare up really bad...but I do herbals reguarlly. The reason why i don't take the meds on a regular basis is b/c u build a tollerance to them and then they stop working.
Here's a website for home remedy stuff like allergies and such. Check it out.... also honey and lavender are natural antiboitcs and when you're allergies are bacterial realated. Also, u can go to Walgreen and get a Saline flush (salt water) for your sinuses. That helps too

Benadryl is the best OTC allergy medication. It makes me sleepy though.

Go your doctor. He/she will know what's best for you. I don't recommend taking any medicine without the prescription of a licensed doctor that you trust.

benadryl.. or go to a pharmacy and ask for any anti-histamine.. that's anti-allergy.

don't sleep on your back its bad for drainage of your allergies
