I want to throw a theme party for her... any unique suggestions??
I dont want the standard toga or highlighter party...

How about a vegas-style party? The best thing about turning 21 is the alcohol and the gambling.. So get some card tables, poker chips, etc.. Rent or buy a cheap roulette machine.. You can even get a cheap felt roll-out for Craps if you want. Look into finding a cheesy lounge-style singer from your area, you can probably hire him/her for $100-$200. That's what I would do.. sounds freaking awesome. ;-)

you could do white trash bash, barbie ken and G.I. Joe party, masquerade ball kinda thing, and i love the 80's party and have 80's music and dress like you are in the 80's, you could pick your roommates fav movie and make everyone dress up as a character from the movie, celebrity party.

How about a Hawaii theme or A France..Better yet find out if there is some where she always wanted to go and do that theme.

maybe just general fancy dress that way every1 can come up with something really original!
